Lyndel is a highly experienced Psychologist who treats clients from 20yrs+. Lyndel uses a wide variety of therapeutic frameworks in her consultations depending on the presentation and needs of her clients.
Lyndel assists both couples and individuals with Trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, Addictions, Anxiety, Depression, grief & loss, with a particular passion working with adults with their emotional, psychological, family or relational problems. Lyndel is available for therapy consultations on a Monday and Tuesday.
